Delivery Locations:

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria and Internationally.

Delivery Timeline:

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Standard delivery within Lagos: 1–3 business days.

Outside Lagos: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

Delivery Fees:

Delivery charges vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.

All delivery fees are non-refundable, even in cases of product return.

Delivery Conditions:

Ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

Our delivery team will make two attempts to deliver your package. After you have make

payment.

Her Vaults is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or incorrect

addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packaging:

Minor packaging damage during transit does not qualify for a return or refund, as it does not affect product quality.
