What Qualifies as a Faulty Product:

  • Formula discolouration
  • Texture or scent inconsistencies indicating possible spoilage or defect.

Please note: Packaging damage caused during the delivery process does not qualify as a fault and will not be eligible for a return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the faulty product.
